Most people don't become depleted overnight, and rebuilding mineral reserves takes time. While some people see improvements quickly, many benefit from several rounds of support to create more meaningful and lasting change.

Vykon powder can be mixed into almost anything that is cold or room temperature. It cannot be mixed into hot liquids or foods. 

Some of the foods/drinks parents have had the most success with include: 

• A bit of juice

• Smoothies

• Applesauce

• Yogurt

• Pudding

We even had one mom who made little popsicle treats using tiny ice cube trays and adding the Vykon, binder, water and a bit of maple syrup. Her son loved this daily treat! Sometimes it's just about getting very creative and making it a special, fun experience for your child.

A binder works like a gentle mop for heavy metals and toxins. It helps bind to substances your body is working to eliminate and carries them out through normal elimination, which is why it's important to be stooling at least once per day while taking a binder.

As your mineral balance improves, your body may begin processing and clearing things more efficiently. A binder helps support this process and is one of the reasons we typically recommend taking one alongside your custom mineral blend.

Most often, we recommend a zeolite binder, though in some cases another option might be better.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, please know that this is not an aggressive detox protocol. These considerations are always taken into account when we make recommendations.

If you choose to take a Vykon Custom Mineral Blend, we strongly recommend taking the recommended binder alongside it. Please always consult with your doctor first though.

Kelp capsules may be recommended alongside your Vykon Custom Mineral Blend and binder if your HTMA suggests you could benefit from additional iodine support. Kelp is a whole-food source of iodine and naturally occurring trace minerals that work well alongside your mineral program.

Iodine plays an important role in thyroid health, metabolism, hormone balance, and energy production. For some individuals, providing additional iodine support can help support the body's overall mineral-balancing efforts.

If kelp is recommended for you, it will be included in your shipment from Vykon along with your custom blend.

The number of capsules required per day is different for each person based on what all is included in their blend. The number required each day is generally around 10-20 capsules. These can be split up throughout the day, and it is not recommended to take them all at once. Vykon recommends splitting them up into two doses per day, one in the morning and one in the evening.

It generally takes approximately 3 weeks from the start of the process to when you receive your custom blend.

Once your payment and completed order form are received, we will submit your results to Vykon and their practitioners will prepare their recommendation for your blend. We will look over that recommendation and then it takes a bit of time for them to create it and ship.
