Are we the right fit?
It matters deeply to our team that families find the right kind of support for their needs — and the Fed Well Foundations program may not be the right fit for everyone, and that’s okay. That’s one of the reasons we use an application process: to help ensure there’s alignment before moving forward and to avoid wasting your time, energy, or investment if another path would serve your family better.
We specialize in supporting women in their childbearing years, children, and the dads who are part of the journey too. Much of our work centers around families navigating ongoing symptoms, chronic stress patterns, nervous system overload, mineral imbalances, and the foundational factors that can influence long-term wellness.
Over time, we’ve found that children’s symptoms are often connected to broader patterns within the family system — including stress, depletion, environmental influences, lifestyle foundations, and health patterns that may have been building for years. Because of this, we take a thorough and thoughtful approach during the intake process, looking at areas such as early nutrition, stress history, sleep, environmental exposures, and overall foundational health to better understand the full picture.
Our goal is not simply to chase symptoms, but to help families better understand the patterns that may be contributing to them while building stronger foundations over time.
That said, we also recognize that our approach and structure will not be the best fit for every family. Below are a few ways to help you determine whether Fed Well Foundations is typically a strong fit for the families we serve best.
We are for…
We’re here for the mom who feels overwhelmed by all the noise—from Facebook groups to Instagram health advice. You’re ready for clear guidance and a simple place to start for your family, especially if nothing else has really worked.
We are for…
We’re for families at any age or stage—but we’re especially mindful that seasons like pregnancy, breastfeeding, postpartum, and childhood have unique needs. We take those differences seriously, especially when it comes to things like supplement recommendations.
We are for…
We’re for those who are ready to go deeper—willing to commit to reading the weekly lessons and taking small, consistent action steps. Real progress comes from showing up steadily, not doing it all at once. Being open to making changes in your lifestyle and food habits is often part of the process. And doing updated labs in a few months is one of the best ways to track your progress
We are not for…
If you're looking for in-person support or frequent 1:1 coaching calls, this program may not be the best fit. While we do offer private messaging and live group calls during the 12-week program, you'll continue your journey independently after that point — which is about halfway through your full three-month action plan.
This structure keeps the program accessible and affordable for families, while also allowing Susanna to stay present for her own family — a value we hold close in the work we do.

If you’re hoping to pick and choose parts of this plan while blending in advice from other wellness programs or internet sources, this may not be the right fit. While we fully respect that there are many approaches to wellness, most programs — including this one — are carefully designed as a complete, integrated system. Mixing different strategies, especially when it comes to supplements, can sometimes create confusion or even carry risks.
We always encourage you to consult your primary care provider about any recommendations you're considering so you can feel confident and supported in your choices.

This program is about creating real, lasting change—not quick fixes. While many people begin to feel better within the 12 weeks, deeper results take time. We're focused on building a strong foundation for long-term health, which often means working in layers and honoring your body's natural pace.
Some shifts may not be fully seen or felt until months—or even years—later, as your system continues to rebalance. That’s the power of true root-cause work. We recommend HTMA retests every 3–4 months to track progress, and for those who are more sensitive, we take a gentle, steady approach to support lasting results.
