Have you exhausted the traditional routes but still don’t feel better? Let’s get to the root cause.

Hi, I’m Susanna!

I’m a Holistic Wellness Coach, founder of Fed Well Holistic, and an HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) specialist. At the center of my work is my role as a wife and mother of three children, which is what first led me into the world of root-cause wellness.

I now work with moms, children, and families navigating chronic and complex symptoms such as gut dysfunction, food sensitivities, eczema, histamine issues, autoimmune patterns, neurological symptoms, behavioral challenges, and environmental stressors including mold exposure.

Over time, I’ve developed a strong focus in gut health, histamine intolerance, mineral imbalances, and environmental load—including mold-related patterns and nervous system dysregulation.

How This Work Began

My journey into root-cause wellness began through motherhood. All three of my babies experienced significant food reactions through my breastmilk, which led me into a long and often frustrating search through pediatricians, specialists, and testing—without clear answers.

As I began working with other families, I started seeing the same patterns emerge again and again. Symptoms were rarely isolated. Instead, they showed up in clusters—skin issues, sleep disturbances, digestive dysfunction, immune challenges, and behavioral changes that often pointed toward deeper foundational stress.

During this time, I also began uncovering environmental factors such as mold exposure within our own family, which helped me better understand how external stressors can influence internal symptom patterns.

Like many mothers in this space, I was also navigating this personally—burnt out, overwhelmed, and trying to care for my family while ignoring my own health in the process.

The Turning Point: Minerals

After trying multiple approaches for myself and one of my children who was struggling the most, a nurse friend suggested Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA). She also encouraged me to work with a specialist, since interpreting the test requires deep understanding of mineral patterns and physiology.

When I finally received a properly interpreted HTMA, everything shifted.

It connected the dots I had been trying to piece together for years—not as random symptoms, but as patterns of mineral imbalance, stress load, and cellular dysfunction.

It also validated something I had deeply suspected:
we had been missing the foundational layer.

What I Began to See

As we began addressing mineral patterns and foundational stressors in our own family, we saw meaningful changes over time, including improvements in:

  • food sensitivities and reactivity

  • skin and immune symptoms

  • behavioral challenges such as irritability and OCD patterns

  • sleep and breathing patterns

  • overall resilience and energy

These changes didn’t come from quick fixes, but from addressing foundational physiology over time.

My Approach Today

Fed Well Holistic is built on a simple but powerful principle:

Start with the foundations the body cannot function without.

My approach combines:

  • HTMA interpretation

  • mineral pattern recognition

  • gut and digestive support principles

  • nervous system and stress load awareness

  • environmental and toxin considerations

  • foundational nutrition and lifestyle alignment

I also draw from years of working with hundreds of sensitive children and women in childbearing years, which has helped me recognize patterns quickly and guide families in a more structured, grounded way.

Why Minerals Matter

Minerals are required for every major system in the body—energy production, digestion, hormones, detoxification, mood regulation, immunity, and nervous system function.

When mineral balance is off, the body cannot function optimally, no matter how many protocols, supplements, or testing cycles are layered on top.

This is why I always start with foundations.

Why I Do This Work

I know what it feels like to be stuck in the cycle of searching for answers, trying different approaches, and still not seeing meaningful change.

HTMA gave me the missing piece—not just for understanding symptoms, but for understanding the terrain underneath them.

Now, I use that same framework to help other families move from confusion and overwhelm into clarity, structure, and a more foundational path forward.
