I have so much hope for my family now, whereas before I felt so overwhelmed and frustrated that I didn't know where to get the specific help I was looking for.

When I first first started doing hair tissue mineral analysis, I would take 1:1 clients, order the lab, look through someone’s intake form, put together a written action plan and then schedule a call to go over everything. This is how most HTMA specialists work.

But there were a few problems with this method.

I had so much that I wanted to share, but it was too much for someone to fully absorb on a phone call. The action plans didn’t have the space for all of the teaching and education that I wanted to teach my families about how they can take an active role in feeling better.

The reality is that lasting progress happens over a long period of time. This is not a quick fix. Feeling better is slow and steady change, and everyone’s pace is different. So as road bocks come up over the first few weeks or someone has questions about their action plan, ongoing support is really needed over a longer period of time.

Clients were waiting around for their mineral labs to come back without really having anything to work on in the meantime.

I created the “Hub,” a portal where you can log in and access all the essential topics that I see over and over again playing a role in symptoms.

My team and I also created a strategic method of slowly releasing that information with regular check-ins, to help keep people accountable, on-track and not feeling overwhelmed by a firehose of “to do’s” all at once.

We start by releasing weekly lessons and goals with a different topic covered each week. These include your first steps while we wait for labs to come back. Then, we look at your entire story — your mineral labs, your intake forms, food log, as well as any other labs you want to include — and we then begin building on the progress you already started weeks ago with the Hub lessons and content.

I’ll also specifically suggest you focus on particular topics based on your mineral and heavy metal lab results, as well as your intake forms. These foundational pieces are key to helping you or your family’s bodies function at their best.

We offer messaging support with our team through the Hub during the 12 weeks that we work together. We also have group calls for deeper teaching time, Q&A’s and the opportunity to not feel isolated.

We know that moms who join this program are already proactive researchers who want to take charge of their family’s health — and many have even tried DIY health approaches on their own but still haven’t made enough progress.

That’s why we offer a solid framework and clear guidance to start seeing real shifts, while giving you the freedom to take the lead, since this isn’t a one-on-one coaching program.
