Let’s finally figure out the why behind symptoms for your family
Fed Well Holistic is for…
…the naturally-minded, research-savvy mom who has exhausted all of the typical health options, leaving you feeling like your family is stuck in the cycle of chronic, confusing symptoms.
We help you take a step back from the overwhelming voices on social media, the DIY methods, the extensive testing and appointments with many holistic health providers, or the co-pays that don’t seem to be leading you to the root cause.
We guide you back to overlooked foundations, especially minerals, offering a simple, powerful starting point that helps you support your child, your spouse—and yourself—to find the steady, lasting progress you’ve been searching for.

Our wellness method is different…
We start with minerals
Minerals are essential for energy, cellular function, and overall health. Imbalances often go unnoticed with standard blood tests, which is why we use Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis (HTMA)—a deeper, more accurate look that many providers overlook or misinterpret.
We build strong foundations
Before costly testing, we ensure the basics are in place—like a healthy gut, balanced minerals, and a regulated nervous system. Without these, the body can’t handle deeper issues like mold or heavy metals. These overlooked foundations often hold the key to your symptoms.
We energize the cells
We have to start with the cells before expecting to truly fix mineral imbalances in the body or fixing foundations that are not in place. We do this by holistically looking at the whole body, functional mineral labs and your story to put the puzzle pieces together and create an action plan designed to get results.
We build before detox
Without first preparing the body with foundational work and minerals, detoxing can be less effective and may even trigger more symptoms. We don’t support approaches or methods that overlook the important order of prep work before detoxing. We are particularly mindful of the unique needs of sensitive individuals and children.
