A detailed look at your (and/or your child’s) mineral patterns—offering insights you won’t get from standard bloodwork.

Personalized 3-Month Action Plan
Food, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations tailored to your lab results, health history, and current symptoms.

4 Live Group Education & Q&A Calls
Direct guidance, implementation support, and space to ask questions as you go.

Weekly Lessons + Action Steps (“The Hub”)
Simple, structured guidance each week so you know exactly what to focus on and implement at home.

Ongoing Messaging Support
Ask questions as they come up and receive support throughout the program. (Currently hosted via WhatsApp.)

Optional Custom Mineral Blend
An individualized mineral supplement formulated based on your test results and symptoms. Not a one-size-fits-all approach (this is an extra add-on cost and you decide after getting your labs back)

First family member: $345/month × 3 months
Additional family members (2 max): $197/month × 3 months

Additional family members are offered at a reduced rate due to shared foundational work within the household.

Even if your primary focus is one child, we often find that patterns show up across the whole family.

Mom, dad, and siblings can all hold pieces of the puzzle when it comes to symptoms and underlying imbalances.

If your spouse has digestive issues, your toddler has eczema, or another child is experiencing focus challenges, meltdowns, or other ongoing symptoms, they can be included in the testing and support.

Each enrolled family member receives their own HTMA test and personalized plan, all supported within the same 12-week structure.
